Bonnie's Lasagna (The BEST lasagna around)!
Brown 1 lb. ground beef
Add to cooked meat: Salt, Italian seasonings, Worcestershire sauce to taste.
Boil lasagna noodles - drain and rinse with cold water.
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam spray.
Layer bottom of pan with (4) noodles, top with ground beef mixture, grated jack cheese, (large container) cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese. Repeat. I usually have 3 layers of noodles, with two layers of mixtures in between.
Bake (covered with foil) at 350 for 35 minutes - longer if refrigerated. *I make a day ahead and let sit overnight - it is less runny and tastier the next day.
Sauce:
(3) Cans Hunt's tomato sauce (or one large and one small can)
Italian Seasoning
Parmesan Cheese
Simmer for at least 20 minutes, and serve (separately) on top of lasagna.
