Shrimp Dip Recipe:

1 lb. shrimp (Cooked)

1/4 cup minced onion

1/2 cup celery

1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest - or to taste

2 teaspoons lemon juice

3/4 cup mayo

5-6 drops of hot pepper sauce

1/4 tsp black pepper

*I added a few shakes of garlic salt.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with crackers.
